Pacific Network's unique tracking program 'PACTRAK' forecasts deliveries into the future based on your orders origin for destination ports & suppliers ex-works date. Our global customer service network manages these orders & event details are captured automatically in near real time, providing full visibility throughout the order life cycle. Initial order details are either manually transmitted & entered or imported directly using an automated EDI interface. B2B integrations with most of the major operating systems are already in place & accommodate most file formats. This allows us to supply event details directly into your host system. Clients can create & print either a standard report, or design & save their own reports on our web based reporting system. A help button is included which provides a demonstration of how these can be easily created & saved. Reports can be printed in either PDF or converted to an Excel version. Through our fully EANway compliant & GS1 accredited Gateway we can provide a secure communications network integrated with our SCM (Supply Chain Management) software for customers requiring offshore pick & pack solutions.
